Why would they have a puppet show in a dark cavern that smells like Slave piss and not an old theatre or street show. And how would they see shadows if their face was pressed up against a cave wall? How would they eat and drink as such too? And they've been slaves since they were born? That seems harsh. And if I was a life slave I would want to turn around and get the hell out of there immediately, not this hesitant crap. And education is basically being told whats right and the right way to do things so....meh.

That's a totally valid opinion, and I think good friends can beat good education, but learning about your environment, history, and how the world works is even better. Assuming by good friends you mean the phrase "It's not about what you know, it's about who you know" allow me to come up with this: The very powerful and rich friend you have hires you because he's a good friend of yours and wants to help you. However once he hires you, you have no idea how to do any of the things he hired you to do. Guess who's nucked fow?

That's true. You know, I think if Hannibal never killed himself, and he was just a little more persistent, he would've been able to take Rome. He almost had Rome on their knees. But Scipio was able to match him in skill and won it for his side.

@Yackerz I think he was an awesome general, although even with all of that he couldn't destroy Rome, simply because Rome sent troops over to Carthage, and Hannibal decided to head back to Carthage.

What is your opinion on Hannibal Barca? Strategy wise, he was fucking brilliant. Stamina wise, he literally marched through the alps. And his attack where he boxed-in the Roman Troops was amazing! What do you think?
