I just found out something mind blowing. In the history of Gallifrey there was the Triumvirate of Time Lords who really set the foundations of Gallifrey. They created Time Travel, ect. ect. It consisted of The Rasslion, The Omega, and The Other. All three have made an appearance on screen. But wait you ask. The Rasslion was in the five doctors and again in the end of time part 1 and 2. 8. All the tests. I agree that children should be able to learn and retain and be able to give the answers needed for certain questions. However, the current system of tests forces the child to memorize these things, not learn them. It's easier to memorize these things rather to learn them. It's faster for the teacher and for the child and allows to get onto the next topic of a subject, or onto another subject.
