A red hood mask might not be that expensive to get your hands on, just get a plain/cheap mask and paint red. Yes it's not a full head helmet but you're on a budget.

The clothes he wears are just casual clothes, which even I have lying around so you might too.

Then just save up some money for later and buy the actual helmet and go to cons and shit, now you have a costume for every halloween

I thought the only people who did halloween nowadays are kids under 12 and their parents and hot teenage girls, which I'm not sure that you're either.

Then again, me and my friend were going to go as Ahmed Mohamed and Rolf Harris this year, but then we had an agreement instead to "fuck halloween, let's dress up in balaclavas and go actually kill people" which involved a much larger group. I hope he wasn't serious

Best option IMO is to get a red ski mask. Just say is an alternate universe version of Red Mask.

I'm thinking my black balaclava under some swatches of 3x1 red cloths for this, essentially the DD mask protocol multiplied by two.

And like maybe some reflective shades if I can find some cheap.
