See, I had a different song all planned out to post today. I was ready to post it, I had the whole week in Song of the Day already planned.

But then, this song, like a phoenix from the ashes (speaking of which I need to post a Phoenix song sooner or later) rises from my past. I have this song stuck in my head for no reason, despite having gone months, maybe close to a year without hearing it.

Why does this song, of all songs, get lodged in my head? As the day goes by and I find my life increasingly dictated by Keane's "Spiralling," I decide that there is only one thing to do. For some reason, the universe wants me to post this song as song of the day.

Now, in a desperate attempt to escape the catchy melody of this song, I present it to you. Perhaps this will fulfill my purpose, and I can continue with my schedule as planned.
