Phoenix is like, one of those quintessential modern alt rock bands, in the ranks of MGMT and Mumford and Sons. I've actually not listened to them very much at all, though. I don't dislike them, I guess I just haven't ever made them a priority. But this song at least makes a strong case for them!

    Fun fact: if I recall correctly I'm pretty damn sure this album was the first album I ever bought... way before I actually started getting into albums. I probably need to relisten to it but I only liked a few songs off of it... but hey, this is one of them :3

    Interesting! The first album I bought (as in actually buying instead of being given) was I think Torches by Foster the People.

    I've actually only bought one album ever, which was Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. Rest I get from Youtube or Spotify.
