Oh hey, this is also a good album



So these guys are German apparently, but this guy sounds like pretty much every other indie rock singer ever. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing. Apparently these guys used to make more metal-y songs in their early days, and now... well, they sound like this I guess. Quite the difference if I do say so myself. I have no idea how good their other albums are, and it looks like this one got the best reviews but this one definitely gives off a good first impression of these guys. Not exactly the happiest thing ever lyrically, but it does have this easy to listen to feel to it... without being too overly simplistic musically either. I can definitely appreciate songs like that.
