    In New Jersey you have to be 19 to buy cigarettes. I also think you have to be 21 to buy lottery tickets, not entirely sure about that one though. (In NJ, You have to be 21 to gamble).
    But I do think you can legally drink in Canada at 18. Get Dion to invite you over to his house!
