Yes its likely that we will have an arcade. Its one of thats things that we have to look into and see how hard it is to implement.
Will we be able to choose games and add games or are we only getting the generic ones?

And I'm going to say this right now.
Having an arcade may be both a good thing and a bad thing. I know that on earlier versions of vBulletin, the arcade feature was notorious for having back doors for hackers to get into everything. Not so sure if that is still possible but yeah, that's just one thing to keep in mind. But that not only goes for the arcade, it goes for anything else that's essentially an add-on.
Always be wary of add-ons.

When today is the update?
Probably around 11 or 12 EST. So in 3-4 hours from now. The update will take an unknown amount of time, I'd guess 2-3 hours. The site will be SHUT DOWN during that time.
Most likely what will happen is the basics will be set up tonight, then I'll get some sleep and we'll start tweaking things tomorrow afternoon. So over night the site will be the basic vB setup with all our topics and things.
