All right, this is going to be used again only for a small amount of time for everyone to apply. When I say everyone, I mean everyone. All previous moderators must reapply. I, along with the Super Moderators, shall review your applications and take every possible factor into consideration.

•Why do you want to be a moderator?
Because I want to help the forums to remain a fun and overall nice place to be, and to not have a bunch of rulebreakers ruining everybodys fun.
•What section(s) do you want to moderate and why?
Well, I used to moderate Personal Support and General Help. After a while I found that I wasn't quite suited to moderate a section like that. So, the main section I would like to moderate is Fan Made ERBoH's.
•If you can't have that section, what other sections would you enjoy moderating?
I could be mod of General Entertainment or Forum Games if need be. These 3 sections that i've mentioned are probably the places where i'm the most active.
•Why would you make a good moderator?
Because I can keep my cool even in the toughest and tensest situations. I have the ability to step away and take a breather instead of flipping out at people over things they may have done.
•If you become a moderator, what will change? Why do we need you?
Well, I would make my section fun and interactive, with some more options as to what you can be a part of there instead of the generic regular things.
•Have you ever been in a fight on our forums?
I don't think i've been a member of a fight recently, I may have been involved in discussing things about it but not actually fighting.
•How did the fight end?
I think everybody just forgot about it the week afterwards.
•Do you dislike anyone on the forums? Have any enemies?
I don't, mainly since I have realized that nobody is exactly what you want them to be, and even with that, they're still a pretty awesome person, no matter what they may do. Heck, I'm not even enemies with people who have spammed the hell out of the forums, since I know that when they aren't doing that, they can still be a really good person anyways.
•Do you go to school or have a job?
I go to high school

There have been a lot. If I had to choose one it'd be getting a 4.0 for an entire middle school career.

[b]I have an art teacher. She's a real bitch. She told me to put a cave on the side of a volcano I was drawing, and I told her I didn't think it would be a great thing since most volcanoes don't have caves on the sides of them. She walked away without saying ANYTHING. I put a month into making it, and what grade did I get? A C-. I asked her why, and she said, no lie, "Well, maybe you would have gotten a better grade if you put that cave on there". Yeah, that's something that'll make me enjoy your class...
3.What is the biggest mistake you have ever made?
A tie between lying to the forums about having a brother and saying something really horrible to somebody in the Havok chat a while ago that made me feel like shit about it for a long time afterwards. That person knows who they are and what i'm referring to... :(
4.Everyone is good at certain things, but no one is good at everything. What are you good at? What aren't you good at?
I'm good at a lot of things, like most classes in school, a lot of games, etc. I'm really bad at talking in front of groups, getting women to like me, etc. I'm also not the best in high pressure situations IRL.
5.Who is more important, moderators or members? Why?
I'd say its equal. The moderators have to keep members in line, but without members, moderators wouldn't have a need to do anything.
6.What are your goals in life, and what do you plan to do over the next 2 years?
I plan on getting good grades and stuff like that, in 2 years i'll be a senior. Damn, that seems like so far away. But yeah, I am hoping to pass my drivers test on the first try as well.
7.What is the most important decision you've ever made, and why did you make it?
Probably deciding to join these forums. Seriously, it has changed my life dramatically, and I wouldn't be who I am today without the forums. Why did I make it? I don't know, I was bored on spring break and decided to join a forum I guess...LOL
8.What do you expect to get out of becoming a moderator?
I think if I get a mod spot that I want, i'll feel like others trust me enough to run the place that they go on, and that would mean a lot to me.

Why do you want to be a moderator? -Well I've been one for almost a year now, I like the responsibility, I like to help the site. I like to help the site in whicher way I can, as it grows and succeeds.

What section(s) do you want to moderate and why?- I'd in all honestly like to be a 'Super Moderator'. I feel I'm up to test and I'd love the job, I've also had some experience. I've modded cod247.com, callofthedead.com, and then my own websites that I was admin of. One, pokemonWarsOnline had over 200 members and I was a successful admin.

If you can't have that section, what other sections would you enjoy moderating?-I really don't want to settle for less than SM, I feel I've done my duty as a sectional mod, and am ready for the next step. If you doubt me SO MUCH that I couldn't be a SM, I don't know why'd I even be worth a section mod in all honesty. But, if you still feel that way but think I could be mod, Gen. Entertainemnt and all of it's subsections.

Why would you make a good moderator?- I'm responsible, I can keep a cool head (alas, i haven't done this in the past as well but I've worked on it and lately I've been fine, reporting things instead of replying to them), I am VERY active, so I am always on watch, and EXPERIENCE. Experience usually plays a big part in a mod's duty to succeed.

If you become a moderator, what will change? Why do we need you?- Well I've already been a mod, so nothing basic like that would change, but I'd have more responsibility, and once again, the cool head thing.

Have you ever been in a fight on our forums?- I was only in one that you could really call a "fight", it ended pretty quick, everyone forgave eachother, just like it should end. Everyone grew up.

How did the fight end?- We got over it, it's natural for human's to be frustrated and do things in the heat of the moment, but you get over it, and you go on with life.

Do you dislike anyone on the forums? Have any enemies?- I do have one person I dislike, so I just avoid him and have him on my block list. Don't want to say any names however.

Do you go to school or have a job?-Well I just finished high school, will be going to college soon, and I do, I have two jobs. I work a normal 8 hour shift at Wal-Mart, and then a part-time 2 hour shift at Dominos.

How old are you?- 16, almost 17.

What has been your most significant accomplishment?-Getting a TOPPS scholarship, it's a great feeling to know you will get into college without having to pay, and have no college debt to live up to your whole life. Also, to go along with that, I got a 28 on my ACT, which is VERY high so it made me feel smart. :p

Tell me about the worst boss or teacher you've ever had.-I got a new one from this year, haha, Mr. Griffin, my senior year Fine Arts teacher. He never taught us anything, gave us Exams on work we never even learned, and he was a dick. No one liked him, worst teacher ever.

What is the biggest mistake you have ever made?-Girls. I know that sounds weird, but when you start getting "involved" (I mean INVOLVED) with girls at late 12/early 13, it messes with a lot of things. I wish I wouldn't have gotten involved with so many girls. I'm not saying I had sex with all of them either before you try to accuse me of that, just saying that girls in general are a bad idea that young. They distract you from what's important, focus on your life first, then your family's, then the girls.

Everyone is good at certain things, but no one is good at everything. What are you good at? What aren't you good at?-I'm good at Video Games, programming them as well. It's always been my passion, and I love it. I'm not very good at meeting new people. Once I know somebody I'm golden, I LOVE to socialize, I can talk with people all day long, just getting through that first barrier is hard for me.

Who is more important, moderators or members? Why?-They're equally important in my opinion. Moderators secure the website, keep things running smoothly, and members add to the discussions and keep the forum an active and awesome place!

What are your goals in life, and what do you plan to do over the next 2 years?-I'll be in college, at USC (Southern California), a student in Game Designing, and when the 2 years are up I'll still be in college. :p I hope to get a job for a good developer, Naughty Dog seems like a place I'd want to be. Great minds in there and they have a lot of jobs open.

What is the most important decision you've ever made, and why did you make it?-Shooooot, asking Paige Ashlynn Padilla out, my girl of 3 years, and hopefully my future wife and bearer of my kids.

What do you expect to get out of becoming a moderator?- Respect, a duty, a responsibility, payment for my time here. A new found learning experience.

•Why do you want to be a moderator?
Because I want to stop all the drama that always breaks out on here and make everything ship-shape, but let myself and the rest of the forumers have while doing it!

I would really like to moderate help/personal support, because I can relate to a lot of struggles, issues, and problems.

Because over the time I've felt like crap for being mean to a member built 'forum leadership' if you will, in me and now I really would like to help, and in other things in real life I have been a leader, and got great success by doing so.

Well, I'm not soft like other mods, if people do things that are wrong rest assure I will report it in a flash, even if my friend posts it!

Back when I was a junior, because of bent up rage, I snapped. And started acting like a **** to anybody who was even a slight bit rude to me.

I got tempbanned. However, all of the time I was banned I spent literally ALL of my free time composing with in my mind a way to apologize to each and every one of the members I was being an ass to.

Not really... I used to really hate Spartica4Real, but over the past months he's grown to be a real nice guy in my eyes. so short answer, no.

Members, they never know what's going on. Maybe they're gonna get banned? But how would they know? Also they don't have special abilities like Admins and Mods.

To be rapping on a big stage, hopefully. If not, I'd say trying to pry chicks off of me!

I'm good at picking up the skill set for a game I'm new to, and I'm somewhat witty, I'd say. I'm not the best at personal hygiene. I won't get into detail, I jsut have trouble getting the stuff into my routine.

Well, mods keep forums from going full clusterf**k, but members have to exist fro that to be necessary, I'd have to say members simple because moderators usually aren't necessary until something gets extremely out of hand.

Save my money to something worthwhile, graduate High School. I have a few ambitions and careers in mind. One that appeals to me in particular is Voice Acting.
What is the most important decision you've ever made, and why did you make it?
I'd have to say leaving public school, because it will be in the long run one of the most definitive. I left after a year of bullying and general feeling of not fitting in leading to depression.
What do you expect to get out of becoming a moderator?
Power, and perhaps a break from what seems like a long list of not winning/failure. competitions such as spelling bees, friendships, etc.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I've been in the forums for a while, and I've seen some spam, small fights, and lots of other crazy stuff happen on the forum. I feel that I might be able to make a very small difference by taking my job seriously.

What section(s) do you want to moderate and why?
I want to moderate the Super Random section, because that place sometimes gets spammed, and one of the rules for "Super Random" is it should not be spammed. I would visit that section frequently to make sure nobody is spamming it, by telling those who do it to stop, and warn a person bigger in authority about the problem.

If you can't have that section, what other sections would you enjoy moderating?
If I can't have the section, then I would like to moderate the ERBoH discussion. This is because that section can sometimes get off topic, and I would try to fix that just as I would stop "Super Random" from getting spammed.

Why would you make a good moderator?
I've learned from my own mistakes I have made on the forum and I know what is bad and good. I am active daily usually browsing through posts so I would be able to know what is going on in "Super Random" regularly.

If you become a moderator, what will change? Why do we need you?
If you accept me, like I said before, would try to change the amount of spam in there. If someone posts the exact same random stuff over and over again, I will inform A powerful moderator. I would make sure no fights break out on there. I would do the same with ERBoH discussion if I'm chosen there but be more strict with spamming there.

Have you ever been in a fight on our forums?
Yes. Usually some of my fights were other's faults, sometimes it was mine. Usually it had to do with religion, because I dislike it when people would start saying insults to my religion/views instead of debating. I used to overreact to those stuff. However I've learn from my mistakes, and if someone says something too bad, I'll report it, or tell them how I felt about it.

How did the fight end?
I usually lost and got others upset and a warning. Usually he day after, I went back to normal.

Do you dislike anyone on the forums? Have any enemies?
As of now, no. I used to have some dislike against a couple people, but those lasted for a couple days. people I dislike are people who will turn a debate into a fight, or spam WAY too much.

Do you go to school or have a job?
I don't have a job yet, but I plan on getting a job associated with mathematics. I am currently a freshman at high school, ending with A's and B's.

My greatest accomplishment is getting through freshman year with good grades in honors classes.

Tell me about the worst boss or teacher you've ever had.
The worst teacher I have ever had was my band teacher in middle school. He overreacted to messups we had. he yelled at us acting acting as if everyone in the class were worthless (some people were stupid though). Other that he was okay.

What is the biggest mistake you have ever made?
I guess when I had some anger issues in my Elementary school. The mistake was not working that hard to fix it until middle school. I still have somebut only a little. Especially when someone calls my religion stupid or beliefs.

I'm good at Tae-Kwan-Do, mathematics, video games. I'm not good at talking to others in reality. If I met anyone of you in real life, expect a boring, stuttering dude.

I can't really answer that questions as some moderators are better than members and vice versa. Anybody can contribute to the forums. Moderators have the ability to stop people from spamming/fighting by giving them warnings or deleting their posts. members can tell a moderator and tell someone to stop before they get too much out of hand. However, this is the only way they could. Basically, each type of person has something to contribute and should be respected just as much.

What are your goals in life, and what do you plan to do over the next 2 years?
My goal in life is to go to college (USC hopefully). I want to get a master's degree in a subject involving mathematics. However I never made any final decision in exactly what branch of math. In the next 2 years, I'm hoping to be less shy (I'm not shy online), and keep up my education and grades.

I guess my decision to not be a slacker. I've seen slackers and sometimes have a hard time why people like them because of this.

1. I think that would have to be getting an A+ on a test I didn't study for.
2. My kindergarten teacher was a real bitch. She called my parents and told them that I was insane, and I don't even
remember why.
3. I have a very unbelievable story for this. Well, around 2 years ago, my family and I went to a Seafood restaurant.
I saw a waitress drop a plate of bass, therefor "dropping the bass", and exclaimed "WUBWUBWUB".
It was a very embarrassing moment, and I think that it might support my teachers claim of me being insane.
4. I find myself somewhat decent at Video Games and good at school as a whole. As for things that I'm bad at, I'm terrible
at sports.
5. Members. They are the ones that are posting all of the topics and everything else, which keeps this forum going.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I wish and have always wished to help make this forum a better place, and have always centered some of my actions around this. I want to be able to help diffuse fights and help us grow into a strong successful community.
What section(s) do you want to moderate and why?
Hopefully, FMERBs or Epic Art. Those are my two favorite sections and also the two sections that seem to be plagued with useless posts. Maybe I could help towards that end. Hopefully, FMERBs.

Video Games, because I like video games and could moderate well there.

I peruse the forums specifically wording and doing actions and my posts to try to eliminate or stop fights before they happen. I don't like to fight much, (although debating's fun) and as I've said, I've always wanted to help make this forum a better place. I am active a reasonable amount of time--after school and on weekends, and could probably do my duties with some quick guidance in the beginning.

I'll help clean up and make better whatever section(s) I am put in charge of, hopefully FMERBs, again. I can help stop or diffuse fights before they happen and so as much as I can to make this forum better.
Have you ever been in a fight on our forums?
Sort of. I sparked the war over groups because I believed that we should temporarily close them due to the overarching presence of groups destroying the family mentality we wanted to keep, and people took aversely to my idea.
How did the fight end?
Mykey and I agreed to just stick with our beliefs and forget about it.
Do you dislike anyone on the forums? Have any enemies?
I don't have any true enemies, and there are a few people I'm not fond of, but there's no one I hate or strongly dislike.
Do you go to school or have a job?
I just finished my sophomore year of high school and am entering my junior year.

One month away from being 15. (I skipped from 3rd to 4th grade mid-year)

What has been your most significant accomplishment?
Completing a whole year's worth of schoolwork in one spring break. (That was unpleasant)
Tell me about the worst boss or teacher you've ever had.
Second grade teacher. Not exactly a bad teacher, but I just don't happen to remember learning anything in second grade at all...
What is the biggest mistake you have ever made?
Forgetting to tell my mother that I needed a costume for school until two nights before it was needed.

I'm an artist, a writer, and I play video games. I am pretty intelligent and can speak/type coherently when I wish to. I cannot speak over the telephone. It's a curse. I'm also horrible at sports and need to be guided about certain things.
Who is more important, moderators or members? Why?
In the grand scheme of things, both are equally important, but members more so. Without the members, we'd have no forum. Without the mods, we'd have anarchy. The members are still more important, because the purpose of the mods is to be there for the members.
What are your goals in life, and what do you plan to do over the next 2 years?
I want to go to college, major in art or computers, and hopefully get a job involving that. In the next two years I plan to go to school and keep a 4.0 GPA.
What is the most important decision you've ever made, and why did you make it?
I don't know, really... Most likely whether to skip to a higher grade or not, which I did, and looking back, I'm really glad that I did. I made it because my parents wanted me to and I deemed it beneficial, as much as I didn't want to at the time.
What do you expect to get out of becoming a moderator?
Not much, it is just a title, some power, and responsibility. Becoming a moderator could aid me in other leadership activities I may wish to pursue in the future. With great power comes great responsibility, to quote the Spiderman movies.

Why do you want to be a moderator?
I was told i would do well at it and i love this forum and would love to help it.

What section(s) do you want to moderate and why?
Literal Reviews. It is the place i spend the most time on the forums

If you can't have that section, what other sections would you enjoy moderating?
Fan Made ERBs probably the second place i spend the most time

Why would you make a good moderator?
I am fair, know almost everyone here, and not get in trouble.

If you become a moderator, what will change? Why do we need you?
I can try my best to clean up the section i moderate and try to stop fights.

Members. Without members there wouldn't be moderators.
