Unit-731 scientist Shiro Ishii vs. German SS physician Josef Mengele. Two of the 21st century's most insane human experimenting scientists battle it out to see who's more insane.
For the those of you who don't know Shiro Ishii was the commander of Unit-731 during world war 2 which was involved in a series of grusome human experiments that were carried out by Japanese scientists while Hosef Megele was a German SS officer and a physician in the Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz involved in unique experiments far more brutal than most of the Nazi human experiments commited by the Third Reich.
