The two classic robots of videogames vs the only person who can kick their both asses. Both GLaDOS and SHODAN have distinct voices and appearances. They also have distinct personalities unlike most game villains. Punch lines? Plenty of. GLaDOS is "still alive" while SHODAN asks "how can you challenge a perfect immortal machine?" The problem I see is it would either require a great amount of CGI or a great amount of puppetry (GLaDOS, at least). I also reckon this might be too geeky for some people.
We need more female characters and I don't want to see neither another "Miley vs Joan of Arc" (not my favourite battle), nor fake "empowered" characters (again, Miley vs Joan). I need to see some real digital bitches (quite literal use of the word here) kicking petabytes of artificial intelligence data.
Of course, at the end we can get them shut down by Turing. Think of Bill Gates vs Steve Jobs vs HAL.
