Dont take f*ck'n medicine or Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers. Best thing to do is just hit the gym at least 5 times a week for 2-3 hours. And eat ONLY vegetables, fruits, wheat, and meat. Only a little meat for breakfast - like sausage, not bacon. And chicken or fish for dinner. NO BEEF OR PORK. Its hard, but it works. Look at ShayCarl. Just work yourself beyond what you would like. Its good for you.

best thing, inform your parents. that way they can help you and adjust accordingly. if you can't go to the gym, go running. not walking. running. it helps a lot. if your parents don't cook healthy foods for you, and there is nothing else to eat, lower the amount of food you eat. (this is going to sound racist, its not intended) look at the Chinese, there are a lot of them and rarely is there a fat guy, and they have McDonald's. reason being they serve much smaller portions then other countries. and they're walking or riding bikes everywhere. walk when ever you can, go running, eat healthy, eat smaller portions, DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! its not healthy.
extra health fact, don't remove salts from your diet. you will get extremely sick
