I say we go to war with X Dom. I expect Black Ops and Stars to follow them, but since they are the weakest 2 groups we should be allright. If we enlist help from Underdog Inc. We should be good. As Peer Mediator, I suggest we be diplomatic. Black Ops has some old friends, and if we try to start with them, it is almost certain that Xdom will defend them, or be torn in half, one half supporting Black Ops, one half ignoring them.
