I make mine on a program I downloaded called Paint.Net.

I dont really know how to get pictures theres some with backgrounds and they dont work well i go to google images what do u do

I right click the image, click Copy Image, then Paste it onto Paint. That's the hard part, you have to actually erase the background part of the image with the Eraser Tool. There's probably an easier way I never discovered.
