"Short stack" is a few pancakes piled on top of eachother.
So I think hes just saying call him short stack, because epic lloyd a short person.
The second line I'm not too sure about.
I think hes just saying that the guy hes dissing is brainless in a poetic way.
"Parties of three" probably references seating at iHOPQuote:
