And I compared Admin to GM by saying Admin is a higher power than GM is. Your point?

There was NO poll for the members to vote on for Dion to become an Admin. It was a GENERAL CONSENSUS amongst the MODS & GMs to have him promoted.

There should be NO reason as to why this can't be done for GM, instead of having it as a damn popularity contest.

Having Mods/GMs give their consensus on who gets promoted to Moderator was discussed and agreed upon, effectively eliminating the need for Mod apps. There's no popularity contest poll for who becomes the next mod. Zero need for this to be done with GMs.

Anyways, its clear that my position on this isn't being understood or is just blatantly being ignored. So I'm done discussing this.

So enjoy having your popularity contest to vote in the next GM instead of doing it the smart way. Just don't come crying to me when shit hits the fan.

I for one am not voting on this as a popularity contest. I'm voting due to the efficiency EDX has shown as a member of the forums.

Everyone other than Nova who's posted was a mod. And other than you (?and Yackerz?) it seems to be agreed he should be a GM. I'm always on really late at night because I have sleep deprive. And other than me, the only other person ever on is EDX. Ge is a great member, nice, and well deserving. I say start him off at level 1.
