Is it my fault?

I sent ERBoH this letter:

GLOBAL MODERATOR:

I'm not begging you of becoming a GM, I'm asking you if there is something I can do to become one.

Earlier today, the whole forum was attacked by a new forumer called "DylanDigerydoo". He spammed the whole forum with new threads, and I'm completely serious when I say that he spammed up more than 7 pages of the ERBoH discussion section. And the worst part was that the global moderators were asleep during his spamming spree.

Since I live in Sweden, I can prevent this from happening. I am awake when you are asleep. I was awake from the first spam post he made until he was deleted, but I couldn't do anything. My question, like I said before, is "Is there a way for me to become a Global Moderator". I want to prevent these things from happening to this forum, because I care about it. I spend more than 10 hours a day on this forum, even if I have school.

I understand you if I can't, but an answer is really appreciated.

He made a thread in the Site Stuff called EPX for GM. Now there's a massive fight there and I feel like it is my fault. Is it, and what should I do?

We definitely need someone with that time zone. Plus, you already have the qualities of a GM. I haven't seen th thread yet, but I'll vote yes. I'd bet the fight is because of death..
