Dracula-Round 1: For the most part, this verse is just too fact-statey. I enjoyed the Daft Punk reference, but the next two lines are generic insults and the last line isn’t specific enough. 6.5/10
Beast-Round 1: “Medieval Bruce Wayne” isn’t much of an insult, and the second line is pretty generic. I’ve heard the third joke a lot before, but it’s still an alright line. The Cogsworth line isn’t really an insult or threat either. The murder and torture line isn’t really a joke, the border line is kind of random, the tyrant line is just a basic dis, but the last line’s OK. 7/10
Dracula-Round 2: “Respect your elders” seems to be a bit of a cliche in FMERBs, but this is one of the more clever “respect your elders” jokes I’ve heard. This is definitely the best verse in the battle. The tea party line and last line are kind of obvious, but still funny, and the tame the beast line isn’t that bad either. 9/10
Beast-Round 2: The garlic line is funny, but there are way better garlic jokes you could make. The horror-porn joke isn’t much of a reference, and the sucking line is done-before, but the coffin nail line is a nice threat. 6.5/10
Overall: This battle does have some good lines but it has a bit of a weird joke to reference ratio. Lots of lines seem to be jokes without references, lots of them seem to be references without jokes, but when they do come together, it’s good. 7/10
