If you go into User Control Panel then click onf Friends/Foes then click on manage foes, you can enter the name of the person you want to block.
I just realized this today so I figured I would share this with everyone.Quote:
Foes are users which will be ignored by default. Posts by these users will not be fully visible. Personal messages from foes are still permitted. Please note that you cannot ignore moderators or administrators.

I added a foe(whom's identity I will not reveal) and I do not see their posts anymore.
