The second references the fact that Charlie Hebdo is a satirical newspaper that mocks everyone, everything and most particularly the biggest taboos such as religion, sexuality and politics. Seminalis is the Latin root word for "Seminal" which in the modern sense can mean either an archetypal thing or something pertaining to semen, given that my nickname is Gonad, you can imagine the double meaning there.
