Rules of the Forum *MUST READ*

There are rules to this forum which everyone must abide by. There will be no excuses. The rules may change from time to time, so please check back here to see if anything has changed. Please note, breaking the same rule more than once will give you double points so don't ask if the situation occurs.

Please do not preform any of the following:

Lesser Offenses:
Spamming (This includes threads by the same person of a similar topic such as reviews, rap battles, etc) - Worth 1 Infraction Point
Overly offensive language, r*** jokes, etc.- Worth 1 Infraction Point (New as of August 6, 2014)
Begging for rep like a pleb- 1 Infraction Point (because spam), rep reset to zero.
Necrobumping (Must have legit reason to necrobump or must be within the topic discussion) - Worth 1 Infraction Point
Publicly complaining about an infraction or ban issued out to yourself OR someone else (please PM the moderator who issued it if you have any issues) - Worth 1 Infraction Point
Doubleposting After Two Warnings (Double posting is only acceptable when posting pieces of work, such as fan made battles, reviews, stories, etc. In all other instances, if you want to post but you were the most recent person to post in that thread, you must delete your old post and edit that post's message into the new one.) - Worth 1 Infraction Point (New as of November 28, 2014)
Baiting another member (IE: Serious Trolling)- Worth 2 Infraction Points
Double Accounting (First Time Offence) - Worth 2 Infraction Points
Spoiling a Book, Movie, Video Game, TV Show, or whatever else that is less than 6 months old without a Spoiler Tag or Prefix - Worth 2 Infraction Points
Advertising Forums - Worth 3 Infraction Points
Creating Drama (IE: Starting Forum Fights) - Worth 4 Infraction Points
Continuing Drama/Forum Fights - Worth 4 Infraction Points
Plagiarism - Worth 4 Infraction Points
"Lesser" Porn (IE: Dildos) - Worth 4 Infraction Points

Serious Offenses:
Providing false information about a legit personal issue - Worth 5 Infraction Points
Sexual Harassment - Worth 5 Infraction Points
Flaming- There are three levels of flaming:
-Level 1 Harassment (i.e mundane insults/racist/sexist/intolerant comments used with the intent to bully another): Worth 3 Infraction Points
-Level 2 Harassment (i.e extreme insults/racist/sexist/intolerant comments used with the intent to bully another): Worth 5 Infraction Points
-Level 3 Harassment (i.e extreme insults/racist/sexist/intolerant comments used with the intent of making another member want to leave the site): Worth 8 Infraction Points
Posting Gorific Images -Worth 7 Infraction Points
Porn (Posting images/Websites, Hentai/Drawings of such nature) - Worth 8 Infraction Points
Links to Torrent sites - Worth 8 Infraction Points
Threats of real life violence - Worth 8 Infraction Points
Links to Viruses - Worth 8 Infraction Points

Instant Banhammer:
10 Infractions - 2 Week Ban
Creating a Double Account - 2 Week Ban (NOTE: This rule does not apply to those who simply are unable to access their currently existing account)
Complete disregard of previous warnings/bans - Permanent Ban
Being a Double Account- Permanent Ban (NOTE: This rule does not apply to those who simply are unable to access their currently existing account)
Sharing personal information of a forumer without their consent - 1 Month Ban
Continuously obtaining personal information of a forumer without their consent (Applies to anyone in relationship to them) - Permanent Ban
Spambots - Permanent Ban
Ban Evasion - Permanent Ban
Being a Troll Account (this includes seriously impersonating members of the ERB crew) - Permanent Ban

Infractions:

Infractions are points that can be given to you when you break one of the rules of the forum. The amount of points that will be given will depend on the situation that arises. A guideline to what will be given for what reason is listed above. Breaking the same rule more than once will give you double points. IE: Getting infracted for Spamming gives you 1 point. Spamming again will give you 2 points, in total you will have 3. Once you've amounted up to 8 infractions points, you will be moved into the Usergroup of Offender.

Offenders:

Offender status is when you have been given a total amount of 8 Infraction Points. When you are placed into the usergroup of "Offender", your name will be changed to a brown color and a lot of your permissions will be limited. Your posts will be moderated at all times, the chat box will be stripped from you and you will be limited on how many people you can send Private Messages to. This is to insure that you will not keep causing problems on the forum and your time spent as an offender will vary depending on your behaviour. The better behaved you are, the better chances of you being moved out of the group quickly you have.
