Slender gave out WAY more info than SBS did. SBS said one thing, compared to Slenderman's continuous revealing of info, so Slender got hit with the perma and SBS got a month.
I believe Slenderman was banned for a month for giving out private info once before the time where he earned his perma-ban.

As everyone and their mother stated, Slederman was first banned for a month when he gave out private information about Spartica's gf or whatever.
Then he continuously pursued Spartica by text when that information was also not given out therefore he was permanently banned.
