Kevin Feige confirmed it as 7 films. Whether or not this includes Avengers 3 is anyone's guess.

7 "Phase 3" movies. It probably does count Avengers 3 because it is a part of the phase, so that narrows it down to 6 other movies. Then we know 4 of them are Ant-Man, Captain 3, Dr. Strange, and GotG 2, so that means 2 other movies left. Probably Thor 3 and hopefully Black Panther.

Seen it three times. So fucking awesome. Amazing soundtrack, amazing acting, visually stunning, it's got everything.

I only saw it twice. lol, but yeah it was really good, only complaint is the villain left a lot to be desired. And yes the music, visuals, and acting (especially from the main cast) was amazing.

Also Guardians is now at a worldwide gross of $489,484,000 beating out Captain America: First Avenger, Thor, and The Incredible Hulk. If it beats Iron Man then that makes it the highest grossing MCU movie that is an origin movie.

It very likely will. Also, Inhumans and Hulk 2 and Captain Marvel could all fit in that missing 2017 date, but I hope it's Black Panther.

Guardians has become the highest grossing movie of the year domestically. Which means it beat CAWS domestically.

Just got back from the movie.
I ended up going to that fancy theater I talked about earlier in the thread.
I loved every second of it.
To make it better, in brown marker the waiter of my row of seats wrote "I am Groot" on the receipt.

The movie hasn't even been released in Japan yet, this Saturday on the 13th of September is the release, so by then it will probably shoot up to over 600 million dollars.
