Personally, I feel it should be given to someone as a reward. That would/could add a layer of uniqueness to the whole thing. Like, say Clemi wins Member of the Month (God save us), he could have a special, chosen-by-him title for that month or something.
And if it was something implemented as just like, you can all change your title, it should probably be changed less often than names are, like once every two months or something.

Just food for thought.

Any incentive is good incentive. If people voted honestly, for those who actually made a positive impact on the forum that month, there wouldn't be a problem.

Well it's clearly something you all want, anyways. That's like Obeezy saying "Hey, you guys all like cake, right? You all want cake? Well, none of you can have cake... except for one person, the one person that follows the law the best, and does good things for their community. That person can have cake."

Regardless, again, it was just a suggestion.

Fanmade Battle of the Month, Fanfic of the Month, etc.
All things that could get the community more involved while between seasons.

That's not a bad idea, but it'd still suck for one or two dudes (Or girls) to have a custom title for one month.
