Powers: Tech-Runner...runs tech. Simple as that.

What, you want to make it more detailed? Alright! Tech-Runner is able to control any mechanical, electric, or electronic device. While limited to what a device can plausibly do, it still allows for many interesting actions. (he won't make a gun aim at you by itself, but he can fire it. Or eject its magazine. Or put the safety back on.)
Of course, that requires focus (actions that would require more physical strength require more focus and time especially - which is why he's more into electronic stuff), however, he can also glitch devices, meaning he makes the device do an unexpected action. This requires less focus, as he does not have to control the device completely. This also means it's a less predictable of the two. (for an instance, a gun could jam, which would save his life if it was aimed at him... Or it could discharge accidentally, which would not do him much good.)
He can also combine the high focus input with lack of control, which makes the device fail spectacularly, if not necessarily the way Tech-Runner wants. (For an instance, he could believably make a ferris wheel just dislodge. which is nice if he wants it to roll to someones death. But he could as well just make the electrics short-circuit in multiple places, setting the thing on fire, which would just attract attention.)
Apart from control-related powers, he also possesses some sort of device see-through vision. Just by looking closely at the device, he can determine how it's built, how it operates, how it's broken (if it is). Note it does not just tell him the weakpoints of a device, Tech-Runner has to determine them himself based on his expertise.
Interestingly enough, interaction with electronics, which process information very quickly, gave him that same sort of computational power, meaning, he can analyse his surroundings quickly (if he knows what to analyse), he can react quickly to things, and he's good with numbers (though I don't see that mattering too much)
Weaknesses: Apart from the inherent weaknesses of his powers (some require focus, some are not predictable, almost all require technology), Tech-Runner is pretty much a wimp. He does not possess supernatural strength, supernatural durability, or supernatural speed (yes, his mind is quick. That does not mean his body can keep up with it (machines might tho)), forcing him to avoid direct confrontation as much as possible
Backstory: Tech-Runner, born Chris Bright, never was able to kept his toys intact. Not really his fault, it's not like he abused them, he just was unlucky. He was scolded for breaking his shit way too often, and nobody really knew what was the deal with Bright. Then, when he was, say, 14? Ya, 14 sounds good, he was playing on his SNES (Super Nintendo was a new thing then), and somehow, he broke his controller. How? IDK, he was playing normally. But... Mario was so close to the end of the level. That was a bummer. If only he could move to the right just a slight bit...That's what Chris thought too. And then, Mario did move right.
WTF.
Chris spent the following vacation looking into this. He was able to switch off the lights by himself (the streetlights too), then stop the random cars on intersections. He even looked into his controller and noticed what's wrong with it (it was an easy fix thankfully). And, once he actually learned to control his abilities, he did not break things anymore. Nice. Anyways, because Chris is not a dickbag, he decided to use his powers for good. Really, not everyone has to be edgy, right?
Now, he's a Fiat engineer at day, and at night, a vigillante with 20-year experience at fighting criminals. Because not every backstory has to be all edgy, amirite?
Design: Well. Think a rather thin, scrawny guy, with black hair, blue eyes, dark blue jeans, and a white collared shirt. Really, there is not much about his appearance. Yeah, there is some sort of cheap Android phone in his pocket (with no reception thanks to the arena), and there is some sort of OBD scanner in the other pocket. But his looks? Nah, not too special.
Catchphrase: "Oooh, that's one hell of a bug."
Arena: Fiat factory in Tychy, Poland.

Tao of Blue
Name: Hundao (Hoon-dow)
Powers: Let's see here...
He can wield magic. Specifically, dark magic. This magic can either be in the form of projectiles, spells, or close-range. He also has wings that he can use to fly around swiftly. When the surroundings are dark, he almost blends in because of the clothes he wears. He also possesses the ability to place his essence into any type of blade, be it a sword, a javelin, or even a drill. He can then proceed to control the item at will. However, he can't stay like this for long, and getting hit too hard will knock him out of the object. He also carries a small dagger, but doesn't use it often.
Weaknesses: Because of his wings, an shot arrow could ground him for some time. If hit, it takes him a while to heal. Also, his personality isn't exactly the most prominent. He sometimes swings into bouts of uncertainty or doubt. Also, he doesn't wear armor, so he prefers to keep his distance.
Backstory: His mother abandoned him and his father after she realized Hundao was like this. This caused him to be sad for most of his life, but fortunately he had his father and his younger sister to support him. (His younger sister is a demon ninja, so it's not like he got any short end of the stick. I mean, she was abandoned as well.) His father, who only wanted to see his children grow up to be moral people, taught them to use their abilities for good. Despite Hundao's threatening appearance, he's actually quite nice. He's been fighting for the good for some time now, and his favorite tactic is (due to his appearance) pretending he's on the evil side while actually plotting their demise. Now, try juggling fighting evil while attending school... because that's exactly what he does.
Design: Well, Hundao's only 14 years old. He has tan skin and medium-length dark black hair (though at some angles it seems tinted blue), and he's a little skinny at 5'5". His eyes are gray. He wears a navy blue t-shirt and black cargo pants with gray sneakers, but the main aspect of his appearance is his cloak. He wears a large cloak with a hood (with holes for his wings, of course) that covers much of his body. He also wears a silver pendant and a purple sash over his cloak.
Catchphrase: "I'm just going to ignore you..."
Arena: The woods at nighttime. Call it... Midnight Forest.
