Switching Harkness to my own concoction: The Great Piston. It's Piston Hondo (specifically from Punch-Out! Wii) with the magical turban of The Great Tiger from the same game. Also it's a hybrid of the rematch versions, so picture the superhuman punching speed of Piston Hondo, with the teleportation and hologram attacking ability of The Great Tiger.

Watch the two rematches for a better idea, for a couple of human boxers they're the most superhuman of them all.

It's not more than one person, so it's not a group character. It's not offensive. And it's not an oc. It's literally an established character who found another established character's weapon/item/etc.

I read it as more along the lines of a hybrid character like Sonny Bill Hitler, but meh, if you put it like that I guess I'll take it. I'm the last person that should be complaining about stretching the rules :P
