OK, right, so Juiz' turn has ended, and mine (Kubby's) begins.

Allow me to remind you that the vote for YN's proposal ends in about 9 hours, with a 2-1 score.

Vote for Juiz' proposal ends in about 37 hours, with a 1-2 score.

Everyone was awarded 5 points in accordance with Rule 4.

As for what I'm gonna do... Well, Spars expressed an interest in joining the game, so what I'm gonna do, is propose a rule that would allow him (and potentially other new players) to join.

Here's what I'm putting to vote:

Any person that is not a player yet can become one by making a post expressing their will to become one in the game's forum thread. They will then be placed in a random positon in the turn order, and receive a number of points equal to half the median of current players' points, rounded down.

This should provide a nice way for the new players to join, and provide a way for them to catch up while still rewarding the veteran players.

The vote will end on 2019-07-02 on 9:50 AM, Polish time.

EDIT: Oh, yes, I'm voting for on this one.

Is it though? It's not like the turn order matters that much. At least not currently. All it does is determine when you get to propose your stuff. When the importance of the turn order changes and the randomness becomes a problem, we'll just fix the rule.

Well, I suppose YN's proposal has passed. From now on, watch where you step, cuz you won't be able to leave again.

I'll start tracking the tiles you left from now on. Retroactively adding them would just be wrong, imo.

My turn is over. Jenny, time for you.

Juiz' proposal is in the vote, with a 1 for and 2 againsts, ends today, in 15-ish hours.

My proposal is in voting too, with 3 fors. Ends in 25 hours or so.

Everyone gets 5 points due to Rule 4.

OK, I've put the Poles' proposal to vote, I've phrased it as such:
The player limit shall be set to 10 players maximum.
Object to the phrasing if you feel it changes the meaning of the rule you propose.
The voting ends in two days, on 8:53 AM Polish time.

Ok, that is a great idea. Too many players would extend the waiting time beyond practical, at least with the current ruleset. Now, I'd personally prefer to do something to perhaps allow multiple people to propose their stuff at once, but that would potentially require a more major change to the ruleset, and a measure like that will fix the problem more immediately. I suppose that if we fix the mechanics to allow for more players, we can increase or strike out that limit. However, right now, I absolutely vote for. No other option.

I'd be impressed if more than 10 people ever ended up trying to sign up in the first place, but that seems like a reasonable cap regardless so sure.
