I think King Tut would work best with someone who has a LOT of material. Joffrey for instance.
I like Carl Sagan vs. Galileo. Both are super ERB-worthy with a lot to make fun of on both sides.
Well, even then, I feel in terms of representing GOT, Joffrey doesn't work well. I've always liked King Tut vs Alexander the Great.
On the topic of anime and GOT, depending on Attack on Titan's increasing popularity, I can definitely see an Attack on Titan vs Game of Thrones battle. Maybe Eren, Mikasa, and Levi vs Tyrion, Daenerys, and Jon Snow.

Darwin vs Ash is a common suggestion, but I think Darwin vs Noah would be more interesting. They could use animals for both sides.
I actually prefer Ash vs Noah. Ash has been trying to catch them all for almost 20 years and has barely made any progress. Noah managed to "catch" every animal twice in a relatively short amount of time. I think Ash's beef with him is pretty easy to see.

- Bach vs Tupac is great, I'd assume Lloyd as Bach and DeStorm as Tupac
- Galileo vs Sagan has been a favorite of mine, but I've always imagined Galileo having one verse and Kepler/Copernicus taking over for his second
- Van Gogh vs Warhol is another favorite of mine, but I imagine more of a battle royal including MC Escher, Rembrandt, and Salvador Dali
- Zuckerberg vs Graham Bell is a good matchup, but in terms of good content to talk about Zuckerberg is meh.
- Jekyll vs Banner is probably my favorite suggestion as of now. It's so perfect
- JRR vs GRR, while a good suggestion, seems bland. I'd rather have LotR vs GoT be something like Frodo, Bilbo, and Legolas vs Tyrion, Jon Snow, and Daenerys
- Is it just me, or am I the only one that thinks Alexander the Great should battle Ivan the Terrible? I know they've said it was boring, but I personally think they're interesting characters.
- Eh, Castro vs Idi Amin is my suggestion
- I'd rather see Cortes than Montezuma. I've heard Crazy Horse vs Custer spout out a couple times, that'd be funny
- Only if Seuss has the Grinch chopping down a tree, where the Lorax will show up

I guess I'll give my thoughts.
1. Charles Darwin is a huge yes, I unfortunately don't know if Jane Goodall is well known enough. Darwin vs. Steve Irwin, Ash or Galileo would probably be better.
2. This one was always good to me. ERB once said they know a really good Tupac impersonator. I used to be against having real rappers in ERB, but after Kanye I don't really care anymore.
3. Really like this one.
4. Good, wouldn't really excite me too much personally but not a bad idea at all.
5. I always really loved this idea, and I'd still really love to see it.
6. Love Jekyll vs. Banner, pretty perfect.
7. I'd probably rather see a Game of Thrones character than George RR Martin, but if this battle was done right it'd be awesome.
8. Both good characters to use, against each other could be a little boring.
9. Interesting 2 on 2.
10. Seems a bit stiff for ERB.
11. I could get into it, if they used new Seuss characters.
12. I'd really like this just because I'd LOVE to see Atticus Finch in a battle. Tubman is also good, but against each other is kind of iffy.
