How about Frankenstein vs Franklin Delano Roosevelt?

You see, the problem with having Frankenstein in a rap battle is that he doesn't talk, and making him talk just seems too contrived. Of course, if you're talking about Dr. Frankenstein, the problem with him is that there's not enough to work with his character. Plus, matching characters up just for having the same name (both Frank, right?) may have worked for the Napoleons, but I don't see how they would work again...

But that's just me...I don't want to spend my whole time here shooting down others' ideas; You're entitled to it if you truly feel it has potential...Just like I'm entitled to mine...

Al Capone vs The Joker (Crime bosses)

It might have been suggested before. I see Al Capone in black and white, dressed up in his suit and hat, with a cigar in his hand. His background images are tossing money around and shooting a Tommy Gun. The Joker would be in his colorful outfit with a color background, which would contrast great with the black and white Al Capone. I can hear a 1930's music style gangster rap beat, with machine gun fire in the background.
