Okay, I think I've found a better one for Scott Pilgrim.

One battled seven exes, the other battled thirteen ghosts.

One had to deal with teenage angst, the other had to deal with spooky fears.

One had a gay best friend (er, I guess that could be considered a spoiler for the comics?), the other had a man's best friend.

Both appeared in movie adaptations, and both were eventually voiced in their animated counterpart by the actor who portrayed them.

Yes, the last one. As a promo for the film, Michael Cera once did the voice of a prologue animation which was actually based on the comics itself, and even had the same dialogue. Meanwhile, Matthew Lillard has been doing Shaggy's voice since Scooby-Doo! Abracadabra-Doo, including what is possibly the best adaptation of any Scooby-Doo! serial ever, Scooby-Doo! Mystery Incorporated.
