I think Schwarzenegger vs Stallone would be the best Arnie battle, but that's just my opinion.

I just thought of The Joker vs. Seth MacFarlane. Both are big fans of dark humor.

Charlie Chaplin would be good, but he has several possible opponents. Both Chaplin and Pavarotti are famous for being one of a select few to do a successful crossover from one style of performance to another.
