I've been working on the "Walt Disney vs. Ralph Bakshi" for the last couple of days... it should be up later today.

But for anyone interested in knowing why I paired the great Walt Disney with this guy you probably don't even know about?

Well... there is a lot of reasons, actually...

Ralph Bakshi is an interesting animator. He done things in animation that has never been done before. You could consider him the Anti-Disney. His films are probably the EXACT opposite of a Disney film, they have a lot of mature elements to them (focusing on sex and satirizing racism). His animation style is very different, often times he'll trace over real pictures for settings and likes to dapple in rotoscope(google what that means). Also, he REALLY is not a fan of Walt Disney's work... he once called the man "Hitler". Overall, he is a man that has show another side of animation that has never been considered before. Showing it could be used for more adult elements and stories and could be considered an "animation pioneer" in his own rights along with the great Walt Disney.

Does that explain some of your questions about the man?

#19- Walt Disney vs. Ralph Bakshi

[spoiler:g6h7alkq]Laying there in the dark empty room in an undisclosed location, there was a large tube that was carrying a frozen body inside it. The body that was in the tube was the supposedly dead Walt Disney. However, he wasn’t actually dead... he was just staying frozen in the tube, just waiting for the right moment for him to pop out into the new world.

It was set for him to be released... in another 100 years or so. However, a certain someone was interested in taking a peek at the frozen genius. This person stared solemnly over the frozen Walt Disney. Then, pressed some buttons that caused the tube to open...

The man grew an evillious grin as he pushed over the tube and Walt Disney crashed to the floor. He had awoken from the fall. Then, he immediately stood up and glared at the man who had disrupted his frozen slumber. The man was revealed to be... Ralph Bakshi.

Ralph: Did you have a good nap?

EPIC RAP BATTLES OF HISTORY!

Walt: What is this awfulness that you’ve performed on me?

Ralph: Just wanting to see how the “great” pioneer of Animation was doing...

RALPH BAKSHI!

Walt: I’m afraid I’m not going to let you unpunished for this act you’ve caused...

Both Walt and Ralph stared at each other angrily.

VERSUS!

Ralph: Let’s see once and for all who is the “true” pioneer of animation.

WALT DISNEY!

Walt: (Has a cocky smile on his face...) Yeah, let’s... (...that turns into an devilish smile)

BEGIN!

Ralph Bakshi:

Sit down, Walt, it’s time I give you a REAL drawing lesson!
I’ll draw you up some good disses. Class is in session!
You may be treated like a king in your big fancy funhouse
But your Mickey is “Minnie” compared to my Mighty Mouse!
When I’m done beating your ass, you’ll definitely be wishing upon a star.
You probably can’t rap for s**t because you took one too many cigars.
Even Hitler would look at you and say you’re “really anti-semitic”.
You think your childish butt could beat me... now, that is truly pathetic.

Walt Disney:

This guy thinks he’s so great... I can hardly see.
How he thinks he has the right to mock my creativity?
You don’t understand how powerful I am... here you’ll see.
I’ll have my own characters continue to rap for me.

Walt Disney gets a magical pen from his pocket and starts drawing his first cartoon to fight in the arena... Winnie the Pooh!

Winnie the Pooh:

You think you’re having fun mocking Mr. Walt here, sonny.
How about I pound your damn ass into a pot of honey?
Your animation is so bad that it makes me want to spit.
My name may be “Pooh”, but you’re the one whose full of shit.
You’re so weak that Piglet could beat the stuffing out of you.
You called Walt worse than Hitler! What the f**k is wrong with you?!?!
I’ll kick your hater ass throughout the entire Hundred Acres.
You should stop rapping, right now... because we know you’re just a faker.

Ralph Bakshi:

Sorry, sh**head, but I’m not cowering before a f**king teddy bear.
Of course, you hate my films... they’re for people that grew a pair.
Sure, my work may not have been liked by a lot of people
But at least, it’s better than the crap I see on your damn Disney Channel.

Ralph sees another one of Walt’s creations staring at him in the corner. It seemed to share resemblance to a certain iconic character.

Ralph: Oh wow, Walt! You’re going to send the Mouse on me. I’m SO scared!

The cartoon creation revealed himself to Ralph...

???: Not exactly, Ralph...

Oswald the Lucky Rabbit:

I’m sorry, Ralph... but your luck just run out, buddy.
You’re going to lose this battle like your films lose financially.
You fill your movies with tons of tits, because you never got a girl.
I’m not going to get my ass kicked by the guy responsible for Cool World.
You definitely found yourself a challenge, Ralph... more than you could hope.
I’ll trace over your dead corpse and then, have it rotoscoped.
Our films are animation classics filled with joy and laughter.
You and your films will be remembered happily never after.
