How about we make a skin for every group, wigh a banner, (doesn't rotate. just one made for that skin.) and you can change your skin in the UCP to your group's theme.

And so that if you don't WANT the custom skin, you can keep prosilver Special. But, It honestly sounds like a decent idea to me.

Yes, special skins should keep the gray box that the banners are in, for simplicity

I don't think I've edited the css much, so its basically the same as the code you would get if you downloaded it from phpbb's site. I'll get it into a file for you on thursday night though.

The files for the prosilver theme/template/imageset are attached.
Most things that you want to edit will probably be in the colors and common theme files.
Please don't download this unless you plan on editing it
You might want to head to phpbb.com and download you're own phpbb forum to test these things out on.

You can send me the files and I can upload them as an alternative skin to the forums.

Make sure you don't change div/id names, because if the template isn't based completely on prosilver/prosilver SE, then it won't update well with the forum software and it won't work well with modifications I install.
