I think this should be a decision that Rob makes.

I'd rather not leave it for a poll as something like this can end up skewing the result and end up putting someone who wouldn't be qualified to do this position. I would rather have someone who we can trust/count on do this rather than have someone who is "popular".

I'm not trying to come off as a hardass or a douchebag. If there is going to be something like this, the probably channels/people should be in place for it so it's ran smoothly as well as have quality control.

Agreed. Honestly, I don't think we should decide. Don't get me wrong, you're all great!, but, the final decision should always go to Rob. Besides, he won't nominate himself.
