I wouldn't say probably. It's possible though. The thing that bothers me about new types is just how... Unimportant they are. Sound move sort of goes well with normal quite honestly and light type is just... unneeded.
We have 17 types all pretty much representing ALL the important elements.
This is not impossible. Given the evidence provided a lot of it is somewhat coincidental but the evidence doesn't have anything largely contradicting it and we'll just have to wait and see. Also it would sort of be hard to balance things out with these types in the equation. Sound might as well just be ANOTHER type steel resists and yadayada.
Overall I think these two types are a very narrow... Type.
Sound Type: Loud mammals or birds that could very easily be a normal type
Light Type: I really don't see how well a couple of lightbulb pokemon go for a niche. And what else could you do? Angels? This is a type that only legendaries could really wear without being flat out dumb.
I may not be open minded enough but all of these new type ideas are just too... Abstract...

In retrospect the concept of the types is interesting. But to integrate it into the game... would make things more complex than it already is.
