I think I might try to RNG for good stats on some of the legendaries in white 2... Either way my legendary collection now includes tornadus and the obligatory celebi... I'm going to check how good the Celebi is XD

EDIT: Careful (could be worse but REALLY?) nature with perfect Attack (well at least I can spam U-turn) Defense, and special attack... MEH.

The Celebi I got was really good. outstanding IVs, 3 perfect in HP, Speed, and Attack (ugh), modest nature too.

They're all level 10 but I'm talking about nature and its 3 perfect IVs... My celebi has a careful nature (=.=) as well as perfect IVs in Atk, Def, and Sp. Attack...

(because clearly bold nature and calm nature are COMPLETELY useless amirite? =P) actually if I got an adamant celebi or some shit like that I could make do with it... Its attack and sp. attack stat ARE exactly the same ya know =P Other then the fact that celebi's physical movepool makes Strange House look lively but it still TECHNICALLY works XP frankly I'd be more angry about gentle nature XD

Given it's horrid defensive typing I'm going to say it is pretty useless yes. Of course not as useless as gentle. lol XD
