Pokemon X and Y Versions

When Gamefreak adds Pre-evolutions and baby Pokemon in newer gens, they're basically wasting space IMO for example, gen 4. instead of giving chimecho and epic evolution to make it useful, they gave it a forgetable little baby pokemon pre-evolution. -_-

that's my opinion though, but some baby Pokemon are kinda cool though (like Munchlax)
