Beats: Let me just start by saying these are all creepy enough and they all fit pretty well.
Beat 1: Catchy but kind of repetitive
Observer Beat: Rather unappealing to listen too
Ticci Toby Beat: Really good, catchy, doesn't get repetitive
Herobrine Beat: Gets kind of boring
Midnight Game Beat: Slightly repetitive but otherwise pretty good
Richard Van Buren Beat: Not really that exciting but decent
SCPs Beat: A lot of it is meh but it has its moments
Rake Beat: Not exciting enough
Candle Cove Beat: It progressively gets better
BOB Beat: Second half is slightly better than first half
Grey Man Beat: Seems too repetitive
UBOA: Nice, different, catchy, great
Polybius Beat: Feels a bit subdued but I like it
BRVR Beat: Really nice remix
Happy Appy Beat: Rather unappealing
Luna Game Beat: Not bad, not great
Sally Beat: Too repetitive
MARIO Beat: Also a good remix
Dead Bart Beat: Dramatic and exciting but not too catchy
Tails Doll Beat: Repetitive but for some reason it works well for this verse
Sonic.exe Beat: Catchy but repetitive
WHO WAS PHONE? Beat: Oddly enjoyable
Mereana Mordegard Glesgorv Beat: A good kind of unsettling
Russian Sleep Experiment Beat: Catchy
Habit Beat: TOO LOUD I CAN'T HEAR THE BEAT
Squidward's Suicide Beat: Well made all around
suicidemouse.avi Beat: First half is OK second half I CAN'T HEAR
Evil Otto Beat: Good but it gets even better after the verse is over
8/10
Costumes: Eyeless Jack: Nailed it
Laughing Jack: Pretty great (not judging impressions here but needs more laughing)
The Observer: holy crap how'd you do this
Ticci Toby: Colors are a bit off but clothes are fine
Herobrine: Something about the head being blocky but the rest of the body being normal is inconsistent, but that's a minor gripe
Midnight Man: Not great but this one's pretty hard
Richard Van Buren: Not really sure how to judge this one
SCPs: Not really scary but good
The Rake: Pretty simple but good
Candle Cove: Nice and spooky
BOB: Nice effect, nice costume
The Grey Man: can't really mess this one up
UBOA: ^
Polybius: Nice effect
BRVR: Awesome
Happy Appy: Perfect
Luna Game: Can't mess these up
Sally: Simple and perfect
MARIO: Shouldn't he have overalls?
Dead Bart: This one might've needed for the teeth and stuff
Sonic FEAR: Again, can't mess these up
WHO WAS PHONE?: well
Mereana Mordegard Glesgorv: Good costume and the effects make it even better
Russian Sleep Experiment: Simple, good, background costumes are awesome
Habit: Should've had rabbit ears or something
Squidward's Sucide: of course it's right
suicidemouse.avi: Animation probably would've been fine but for what it is it's good
Evil Otto: I love this animation
9/10
Eyeless Jack: The first line is kind of obvious, and the second is decent but pretty predictable. The eye joke is kind of a miss for me, because you don't “see stories” , you read them. The masquerade line doesn't really make any sort of point, but the jack pun is alright, and the flows line's ok, but the Ronald line could've been better. As for the second verse, the first line is pretty filler, and the James line's alright but nothing brilliant. The emo mime is a pretty generic insult, but I like the last line.7.5/10
Laughing Jack: First line sounds cool but isn't too clever, and the second line could've made a better joke. The Pop Goes the Weasel line is definitely better here than the first line, but it's followed up with a seemingly referenceless line. The Isaac reference could've been better but it's alright, and the threat that follows is pretty good (shoutout to the erbparodies wiki for their excellent rap meaning of that line). The second to last line was kind of done before in Eyeless' first verse, and the last line is a decent threat. The second verse is weaker. The first line is good and the second line is OK, but the third line is weird because I've never heard the word “descend” used in that way, and the last line is too generic. 8/10
The Observer: There's a decent opening here, but it falls after that with two almost referenceless lines. The TribeTwelve reference works, but the next line doesn't really make sense. How would dropping bombs make you harder to find? The next line's kind of generic, but the line after that one sets up a pretty good line, and the line after that's a nice, albeit kind of obvious, line. The interruption line's even better. The second to last line isn't that great, and the last line's OK. It kind of goes all over the place, but it's a pretty good verse all things considered. 8/10
Ticci Toby: A pretty lame opening line that seems rather self-insulting, but the second line's OK. Third line's pretty filler, but the fourth line is a nice pun. The rain line's pretty generic, but the immunity line is good enough. The seventh line is way too filler, and the last line is pretty decent. A few good references make this the best verse so far. 9/10
Herobrine: I hope the “disconnect” pun is intentional, because if it is, it's a good line, and if it's not, it's kind of dumb. There are way better diamond sword jokes that could be made, but the next few lines make some pretty good puns insulting all the other rappers so far. It falls down a bit after that with a filler line, and the 8-bit line sort of misses. Why is doing it in 8-bits worth bringing up? The second to last line is weird in that it makes references, but it doesn't really tie them into the punchline. The last line is creepy and cool. 9/10
Midnight Man: A really good opening line, but most of the rest of the verse is filled with platitude lines that are pretty generic and often almost referenceless. It's saved by a few references in the middle and the last line though. 8.5/10
Richard van Buren: The first two lines are fairly generic and not that clever, and while I like the 3rd line, the 4th line seems to be the same way. The second half of the verse is awesome though. Pretty much every line makes either a good reference or a funny joke. 9.5/10
SCPs: Another pretty weak start, with 3 pretty generic lines. The fourth line is at least a reference, but there are probably better 173 jokes you could make. The baby lines aren't really that clever or insulting either, and the last two lines don't really make any jokes. 6/10
The Rake: I liked the first line, but it's followed up by a very generic second line. “Munching on sick rhymes” doesn't really make sense either, while the fourth line flows well but is lyrically nothing special. The entire second half is decent, nothing too brilliant but good. 8.5/10
Candle Cove: Skin Taker's first line is a fairly simple opener, while the second line makes a pretty good joke about that line that needed to be referenced. The laughingstock line, while somewhat awkwardly worded, is a good reference. The transition to Pirate Percy could've been better, and Percy's lines in general could've been better. They make a few references that could make for good jokes, but it plays it too safe and doesn't really make any. I may be missing something with Horace's first line, but it seems referenceless. The second line's pretty cool, the third line's nothing special and the last line is good. 7.5/10
BOB: The first line seems like it's setting up for something good but it really only sets up for a pretty cliché line that almost anyone in this battle could've said. The Creature teacher wordplay is decent, not excellent, and the fourth line's also pretty basic. I sort of like the armless line, while the curtains line could've been a lot better. The last two lines are nothing special either. 7/10
The Grey Man: The first line's a pretty basic creepy line, and the second line is a bit fact-statey and pointless. Third line's way too general, but then there's a streak of like 3 good lines. “Worse than Twilight” is a pretty generic insult and the last line's meh. 8/10
UBOA: I found the first line rather amusing, despite not referencing anything too specific. Most of the rest of the verse is pretty average, with either basic threats that could be used by most people in this battle against anyone, or references that don't really make any jokes. I like the snow way out line, though. 6.5/10
Polybius: Pretty boring opening line, but the 8 bits line is pretty good. The third line is hardly even insulting, and the fourth line is generic (sorry for overusing this word). The rake line's alright, and the Secrets and Lies line is at least a reference, but it doesn't really seem like much of a dis or a boast. The last two lines are both pretty nice puns. 9/10
BRVR: The first line comes off as kind of dumb to me. I don't think any of the other creepypastas care whether BRVR loves them or not. The Midnight Man's candles line is OK, but the third line gave me the same vibe that the first line did. The hard feelings line is nothing brilliant, but the fifth line is good. The last 3 lines make references, but they don't do a good job of tying them into jokes. 7/10
Happy Appy: The first half of this verse is too happy. I know that was intended, but it's just not too clever for the most part, and a lot of them aren't disses. The only dis in the first half is the owner's schlong line, which is a pretty immature insult. The second half is better, mainly because of the broadcast line and last line. But the violence line doesn't make sense. If the violence is building, then why should they calm down? That's pretty nitpicky though, I know. 7.5/10
Luna Game: The first line's ok, nothing special. I like the blood moon line. Not too impressed with the Pinkamena line, but the clop line is funny. Creepybloom's opener is a pretty basic one, but the next two lines are good. There could've been better End is Neigh lines, but this is still one of the better verses in the battle. 9/10
Sally: The “drown in depression” line is alright, and the tally line is something, but most of this verse is just depressing, not insulting and not clever. They're mostly just complaining about being sad and there aren't really any jokes aside from the ones mentioned earlier. 5.5/10
MARIO: Really obvious opening line (heh, opening), and most of this verse is just too obvious. There are a lot of references, which is nice, but there are, like, no jokes in this entire verse. 5/10
Dead Bart: The opening lines are pretty funny, while the Matt Groenig lines are too fact-statey. The acting tough line is really filler, and the princess line could've been a much better joke. The remote line isn't bad, and the last line's cool, so this verse sort of redeems itself. 8/10
Sonic FEAR: I was looking forward to a good punchline after the first set-up line, but the second line was pretty underwhelming and not that clever. The sunshine line is creepy and awesome, but the rest of the lines in the Tails verse aren't that great. They're mostly sort of cliché horror lines. The Sonic.exe transition's good, but I really was not impressed by the Sonic.exe verse itself. There are references, but they're mostly pretty much just thrown in there without any jokes about said references. 5.5/10
WHO WAS PHONE?: This verse is hard to judge, even when judging it TJB-style, since it's all inside jokes. The tone line is funny, and the next 2 lines are nice self-depricating references. The rest of the verse I don't get. It's funny and stuff so 9.5/10
Mereana Mordegard Glesgorv: The “dead in the eye” thing is good, and the next line's fairly decent. Then there's a 5-line stretch of pretty average lines that don't really attempt many jokes. The reference in the last line's alright. 8/10
Russian Sleep Experiment: Could've been a better Byron line, this one is sort of just mentioned. The second line is pretty basic and pretty uncreative. The experiment line is OK, but I'm not entirely sure what “rhymes keeping you awake” would mean. Is that good or bad and why? “Gassing someone with disses” doesn't really make sense either, but the 30 days line isn't bad. Madness line could've been better, the second to last line's kind of predictable and the last line's good. 7.5/10
HABIT: Pretty generic opening line. Crappypastas is kind of funny, surprised that hadn't been used until now. The inHABITS line is rather obvious and could've made for a better joke, like the CanYouSeeTheWords line did. Possession line's pretty weak, but the Happy Puppet and EverymanHYBRID references work. The last line doesn't mix the reference into a joke well enough. 8/10
Squidward's Suicide: There's nothing too insulting or threatening about the first line, but the second line's OK and the Bunnicula reference is really funny. The Kurt Cobain line just seems pointless, as it's not a dis or a boast or a threat or anything. The DO IT line's good, but the next line just seems whiny, again not a boast or a dis or a threat. The sonata line is a nice finisher. 8.5/10
suicidemouse.avi: First line is too fact-statey, second line is too cliché. I did get some humor out of the overdosing on Krabby Patties line, but I don't see much of a point in the fourth line. When he turns into Abandoned by Disney, he starts off pretty strong with the attraction line, but while the next line flows well, it's pretty referenceless. The Disney line's average, and the last line is pretty predictable. 7.5/10
Evil Otto: The first line's nothing special, and the second line isn't too clever, but at least it sort of gives a reason as to why Otto is the one finishing the battle. The bodies piling line is too cliché, and the fourth line is good. Pretty referenceless 5th line, but the 6th line is funny and the last two lines are nice finishers. None of these lines are great, but there are a lot of just good lines. 9/10
Overall: If I had an editing category for this, it'd probably get a 10/10. The visual effects and transitions are absolutely excellent and creepy. Lyrically, it's a mixed bag. There are some real hits, some misses, and some verses that are somewhere in the middle. It uses a lot of horror cliches and some jokeless references, but it also has some pretty great puns and some lines that are legitimately creepy and clever. 8/10
