Here's my review of EDX's Escapement. Next is Gunnut vs. Clemi.

Spoiler: 

Part 1: Pretty intriguing opening, I must say. I've seen a lot of stories begin with someone talking about losing their families, but this is probably the first time I've seen a story begin with someone saying that THEY killed their family. Lots of emotion too. 9.5/10

Part 2: This chapter isn't as exciting as the others because there's not as much going on. I guess that can't be helped. There's still a lot of emotion, descriptive detail, and a bit of a more subtle sense of suspense than the other chapters. 8/10

Part 3: This is definitely the most suspenseful chapter. The emotion is still here too, and the cliffhanger is great too because it really doesn't drop any hints. The guy at the end could be literally anyone, and we have no idea and want to keep reading. 9.5/10

Total Score: 27/30

Here's my review of Gunnut vs. Clemi. Next is Warhol vs. Van Gogh.

Spoiler: 

Gunnut-Round 1: First few lines are more referencey than jokey. The Wisconsin line is decent, but it seems kind of random in a battle between Gunnut and Clemi. I liked the cession line a fair amount though. The French lines are decent, nothing brilliant but nothing terrible. 8/10

Clemi-Round 1: First line is pretty good, and the second line is too but it's a bit unrelated to the two rappers involved here. The Franglish line is both a good line for a parody and a good line on its own, and the last three lines are all good references. 8.5/10

Gunnut-Round 2: The infraction line could've made for a better joke. Granted, the real Valentine's Day massacre line wasn't that good either, but still. I like the Eiffel Tower line and the Nutella line, but some of the references here seem kind of pointless. Like the 2,000 members line, I mean, you're both on the forum, so I don't see how that's threatening. 8/10

Clemi-Round 2: The first line isn't really a dis, the rapestick line isn't that clever, but I guess the neg rep line is decent. The Cleminem line is good, and the Breaking Bad reference is decent. Probably the weakest verse in the battle, but it's got some decent references. 8/10

Overall: It's making enough references, just perhaps not enough jokes and disses. There are also a few lines that focus more on making a good parody of the original line than being a good standalone line. But that's only in parts, most of the battle doesn't suffer from those problems. The battle is still a nice parody that's fun to read. 8/10

Gunnut's Best Line: When I impale you on La Tour Eiffel like a slimy crustacean
Gunnut's Worst Line: I'm a gutty gun nut, rhymes flowing with terse.
Clemi's Best Line: Or see your native tingue ripped out with your annoying franglish, and get rekt.
Clemi's Worst Line: I'm a bit slow that's right, but I do it fine,

Final Results:
Gunnut: 16/20
Clemi: 16.5/20

Total Score: 40.5/50

Anyway, I like that both of the best lines are threats and the worst lines are self boost lines.
